  • What services do you offer?

    We offer sports massage, deep tissue massage, cupping massage, myofascial release massage, along with several other modalities. We also have self-serve recovery equipment available for use: 2 Near-Infrared saunas, a cold plunge, Normatec compression, and a mobility area with several foam rollers, massage guns, and stretching tools.

  • Do I have to be a member to book a massage or use your services?

    No, we offer memberships at a lower price for individuals who want to make recovery a regular part of their life. You can book any service without a membership! We also offer day passes that include unlimited use of our recovery equipment for $25/day.

  • I have a membership, how do I book my appointments?

    We use a software company called Mindbody. If you’re having trouble booking, give us a call at (520) 253-4074 and we’d be happy to book you!

  • Do you take insurance?

    We do not take insurance at Tucson Sports Recovery. However, we do accept HSA and FSA cards. Many people choose to pay for their membership or massages with their HSA/FSA cards.

  • What is included in a membership?

    We have 37 different membership options that combine Unlimited Recovery Room Access, massage, and dry needling services; we can build whatever plan works best for you. Our most popular membership is our one 60-minute massage and Unlimited Recovery Room Access for $137. You get one 60-minute massage every month and unlimited access to our recovery equipment which includes:


    2 Near infrared Saunas

    Normatec compression boots

    Normatec Arm compression sleeves

    Normatec Hip compression sleeve

    300 sq ft mobility area

    Cold Plunge

    Squid Cryo-Compression

    Heated and Vibrating foam rollers

    Massage Guns


    All memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment. If this poses any problem for you, please talk to the front desk staff and we will try to work something out!

  • What are your hours?

    Members can access the facility from 5am-8pm 365 days a year! We have staffed hours from 10am-6pm Monday through Friday and 10am-3pm on Saturday. We have massage availability 7 days a week! Massages are offered from 9am-8pm.

  • What if I don't use my credits?

    No problem! You can use your credits as long as your account is active! They never expire and unused credits rollover month-to-month. Once a membership is cancelled, however, all credits are lost.

  • Can I trade my membership credits in order to purchase a different service?

    We take this on a case-by-case basis. Ideally, you will only use the credits for the service they are designed for. That is why we have 37 different membership options for you to choose from, so that you can pick the one that most suits your recovery needs. However, we have accepted trades such as 2 dry needling credits for 1 60-minute massage, 2 90-minute massage credits for 3 60-minute massages, and 1 60-minute massage credit and 1 dry needling credit for 1 90-minute massage.

  • My recovery needs have changed. Can I switch membership packages?

    Absolutely! Just come into Tucson Sports Recovery or email us at info@tucsonsportsrecovery.com and we can get you set up for a seamless transition to the new membership package of your choice! There are no penalties, fees, or stress involved.
